Della is an AI-assisted car-shopping tool: it helps you search vehicle listings, organize your criteria, track cars you care about, and understand market pricing. Della provides estimates and information, not professional advice. We are not a dealer, broker, lender, or appraiser, and we never buy, sell, or transact vehicles. Every purchase decision, negotiation, and transaction is yours, made directly with third parties. Always independently verify a vehicle’s title, history, condition, and price before you commit.
Listings, prices, vehicle histories, specifications, and valuations come from third-party data sources and automated analysis. They can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and cars can sell or change price at any time. Scores, value bands, and “deal” reads are our estimates only. We make no promise that any vehicle shown is available or as described.
Some features (saving cars, watches, alerts) require an account. Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to use Della. You can delete your account data anytime from Account → data controls.
Della Pro is an optional paid subscription (daily market watching and related features). New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial; after the trial, the then-current price is billed through our payment processor until you cancel. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
If you opt in, we send alerts about cars and searches you’re watching. SMS opt-in is never a condition of any purchase; message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Email alerts include an unsubscribe path.
Don’t misuse Della: no scraping or bulk extraction, no reverse engineering, no interfering with the service, no unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing use, and no attempting to extract other users’ data or the service’s internals.
Della is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CurrentAuto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a vehicle purchase or transaction you enter with a third party. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using Della anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Sections 2, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after changes means acceptance.
