Account basics you give us (email; optionally your first name, ZIP, and phone number if you opt into SMS alerts). Your shopping data (Builds, saved and liked cars, preferences, and your conversations with Della — these power the service and are yours). Photos you choose to attach (like a VIN sticker or odometer) are processed to extract the fact you’re sharing. Usage and diagnostic events (which features run, errors) to keep the service working.
To run Della: searching listings, scoring fit and price, watching the market for you, and sending alerts you opted into. To improve the product and fix problems. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t show third-party ads.
We use service providers to operate Della, each receiving only what their function needs: hosting and delivery (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), AI processing of your conversations and attached images (Anthropic), transactional email (Resend), vehicle listing and history data providers, and a payment processor for Della Pro subscriptions (which handles your card details — we never see them). AI conversations are processed to provide the service, not for third parties’ advertising.
We use browser local storage and essential cookies to keep you signed in and to preserve your Builds and preferences on your device. No advertising trackers.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your data yourself anytime from Account → data controls (a full self-serve wipe), or email us to request access, correction, or deletion. Alerts have an unsubscribe path (email) and STOP (SMS).
Data is encrypted in transit; access is restricted. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information. Della is for adults — not directed to anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect children’s data.
